FAQ

What is StackAds?

StackAds is a unique concept in banner advertising, combining all the benefits of a top list and banner exchange. Driven by the principles of MLM to offer exponential growth and almost unlimited exposure to your site that will send your hit counter spinning.

Pages like this are linked throughout thousands of websites around the globe. Every webmaster who signs up to link to this page gets their own unique StackAds ID and a unique URL to link to, and of course, their text link and/or banner is added to the top of that page and the rest of the links move down one place.

NOW, CHECK THIS OUT, a webmaster goes through your site and finds this page and signs up. He gets his own StackAds page with his link added to the top of their own StackAd, with yours in second place! This can happen countless number of times! Your link can be on THOUSANDS of these pages.

But here's where the REAL beauty comes in! As you probably guessed, if a webmaster signs up to one of THOSE pages, your link is in third place. AGAIN, this can happen thousands of times as well! So if these sites only get ONE click a day, you get 100,000 hits guaranteed!

It's that simple! People love to surf through sites to find new things, and they will find you! You will have over one thousand sites linked to you IN NO TIME. No joke, try it out for yourself and see!

What is a Forced Matrix?

A forced matrix is a system where each member can have only a certain number of members on their first level.

StackAds uses four. The lower the number, the more likely it is that you will receive spillover. For example, suppose you have four members on your first level. When another member joins, that new member would have to be placed somewhere below one of the members on your first level. This is called spillover.

The other factor in a forced matrix is the number of levels. StackAds will display your banner on your link (level 1) and to a depth of seven further levels, hence a 4 X 7 matrix

How many sites will show my banner?

As more site join the system through your StackAds link your matrix will fill up, the table below shows the maximum site links that can be achieved. Remember: with a forced matrix system you will also benefit from spillover from sites above you in the StackAds System adding new members to your matrix.

The System uses a 4x7 Forced Matrix to rapidly grow your banner exposure and hits
  Sites displaying your Banner
Level 1:   your StackAd 1
Level 2:   when 4 webmaster join your StackAd 5
Level 3:   when 4 webmasters join each of your level 2 StackAds 21
Level 4:   when 4 webmasters join each of your level 3 StackAds 85
Level 5:   when 4 webmasters join each of your level 4 StackAds 341
Level 6:   when 4 webmasters join each of your level 5 StackAds 1365
Level 7:   when 4 webmasters join each of your level 6 StackAds 17,749
Level 8:   when 4 webmasters join each of your level 7 StackAds 1,066,325

OK.. that's the theory, what about the reality?

Because of the exponential nature in which a MLM matrix grows it may seem that growth is slow or non-existent in the early days. persistence and patience are the keys to success.

For example:

Month   Sites displaying your Banner
1 You create your own StackAd and place the links on your site. 1
2 One site joins your StackAd. 1 +1 = 2
3 One site joins yours and your existing members StackAds 2 +1+1 = 4
4 One site joins yours and each of your existing members StackAds 4 +1+1+1+1 = 8
5 One site joins yours and each of your existing members StackAds 8 +8 = 16
6 One site joins yours and each of your existing members StackAds 16 +16 = 32
7 One site joins yours and each of your existing members StackAds 32 +32 = 64
8 One site joins yours and each of your existing members StackAds 64 +64 = 128
9 One site joins yours and each of your existing members StackAds 128 +128 = 256
10 One site joins yours and each of your existing members StackAds 256 +256 = 512
11 One site joins yours and each of your existing members StackAds 512 +512 = 1024
12 One site joins yours and each of your existing members StackAds 1024 +1024 = 2048
If each StackAd sent you just 1 hit per day you would be enjoying over 2000 visitors per day
without any effort on your part except for adding the StackAds link code to your site

How does StackAds compare to other link exchange systems?

Top List: A top list works by displaying your banner and ranking your position depending on how many hits you can send to the top list... Top lists are good sources of traffic but to get a good volume of traffic requires joining a good top list and sending them lots of traffic.

Banner Exchange Program: By displaying someone else's banner on your site you earn displays of your banner on other participating sites. Display ratio's vary from 1:1 to typically 2:3 in other words for every 3 times you display their banner yours will get displayed twice. CTR (click-through-ratios) are typically 0.5% so.. to get 1 hit back you would need to display their banner 300 times. If you have a high traffic site or particular pages within your site that get reloaded often this can be good source of traffic.

Reciprocal link exchange: 'I display your link if you show mine'. Nice and simple but unlikely to generate huge amounts of traffic unless you manage to exchange links with a high traffic site. Reciprocal link exchange is generally regarded as a tool to build visibility to search engine spiders and improve page ranking within search results on sites like Google.

StackAds: The lazy way to build traffic would be to simply join the StackAds system, place a link somewhere on your website and ignore it for a year. Webmasters will find your link and join the system.
Average CTR is currently 17% across all participating sites and popular sites are achieving as high as 34%. When compared to a top list or banner exchange the potential results are staggering.

How can I maximise my hits?

For the system to grow and return hits requires two things

  1. Webmasters
Consider adding one of the webmaster banners to your site or a text link worded to appeal to webmasters that visit your site. The more sites that join, the more exposure your site will get.

  2. Surfers
A huge network of participating sites and no surfers is useless make sure your link is easy to find.

What's the catch?

There really isn't any catch!
The system was originally developed as a means to promote my own websites. This proved so successful that with just a few modifications its now available to all webmasters that wish to participate.

We all need traffic and links and by helping others we can help ourselves.
The system is funded by revenue from the two sponsored banners at the bottom of every StackAd.
